Use of the District Armament Company website constitutes agreement to all our policies and terms of use.
Firearms, receivers, magazines, and other regulated items are sold and shipped in accordance with Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns, frames, and receivers. Many of the products for sale on our website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. We are not registered in the California Firearms Licensee Check (CFLC) system, so we do not ship firearms to California FFL. It is your responsibility to know if your State and Local Laws before ordering. We reserve the right to cancel your order.
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). Firearms purchased from District Armament Company may only be shipped to a FFL licensee near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). We highly recommend you contact the receiving FFL licensee before shipment.

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
We are not an authorized warranty repair center for any of the products we sell and therefore we make NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Warranties may be provided by the manufacturer and should be included in the manufacturer’s package. All requests for warranty information, repairs, and claims should be directed to the manufacturer. Please ship all repairs directly to the manufacturer. To avoid delays and added shipping and handeling fees please do not ship products for repair to District Armament Company.
If you purchase a used firearms or other used product you should contact the original manufacturer or go to their website for information concerning operating and safety manuals. ALL USED FIREARMS OR OTHER USED PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS,” WITH NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY.
We accept the following U.S. based payment types: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. You cannot use more than one credit card/debit card on a single order. If you need to split an order across multiple payment methods, you will need to create a new order.
Billing and Shipping Address Matching
For your protection and ours, we employ an extra layer of security for all credit card transactions.
Any order where the billing and shipping addresses differ will be delayed while we verify the transaction. Verification may include contacting you by phone to confirm the order. Please be aware that your order will not ship until the verification is complete. Any order that cannot be verified will be cancelled. This address verification process does not apply if your order is shipping to an FFL.
For fast services please make sure that your billing address matches the information on file at your financial institution. To avoid this step, whenever possible please use the same billing and shipping match.

We offer flat rate shipping for handguns, long guns and accessories. Shipping is calculated during checkout based on the items in your cart. All non-FFL orders generally ship within 2-3 business days. Orders containing FFL items will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the FFL transfer information. The shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) is determined by us. We will provide you with a tracking number once the items ship.
Please note that once an order is processed for shipping, additional items cannot be added to the shippment. In these cases, you will need to create a new order. Also note that an order cannot be cancelled once it has moved from fulfillment to shipping. In these cases, you will need to request an RMA# and initiate a return.

District Armament Company sells, distributes, or manufactures certain items that may be subject to export and foreign trade control laws of the United States. These laws include the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”).

Online inventory changes occur daily and in some cases hourly. Occasionally a product may appear on our site by mistake or the product's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures, or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for products with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order due to an error, we will refund your money.
