District Armament Company sells, distributes, or manufactures certain items that may be subject to export and foreign trade control laws of the United States. These laws include the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”).
The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Purchaser has read and is familiar with and will comply with all regulations, requirements, and rules imposed by ITAR and EAR regulations, and other applicable laws.
Further, the Purchaser acknowledges and pledges that the Purchaser is a U.S. Person and does not intend to export items after receiving regulated items from District Armament Company without U.S. Government export authorization.
District Armament Company reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any transaction if we have reason to believe that the transaction will be exported or transfered for export directly or indirectly in violation of US laws.
