We take great care in making sure your shipments leave our facilities in excellent condition. We use the following shipping carriers UPS, FEDEX, and USPS. While most packages arrive on-time and undamaged, occasional errors may be are made. Once a shipment leaves our warehouse or one of our distributor warehouses, it is placed in the care the shipping carrier, we have no control over the item.
In most cases, shipping insurance is included in the cost of shipping, which provides you with extra protection should the carrier lose or damage your package.
Please be aware that shipping insurance does not cover packages that have been marked by the the carrier as delivered. Items stolen or misplaced after delivery by the carrier should be reported to the police. If you have concerns about the safety of packages delivered to the shipping address, please contact the carrier after you have received your tracking number to make special delivery arrangements.
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders totaling more than $199.00.
On order of $199.00 or less, we offer the following low fixed-rate shipping.
Handguns, Receivers, and Frames ship flat rate for $24.95. Each additional item will be shipped and charged separately.
Long guns ship flat rate for $24.95. Each additional item will be shipped and charged separately.
Ammunition and everything else ship flat rate for $14.95. Ammunition orders placed on the same firearm order will be shipped and charged separately. Any additional products shipping from the same warehouse on the same order are included at no additional charge.
Please note that additional shipping charges may be applied if we can only source a product with certain distributors. All shipping charges will be accurately quoted during checkout. Please contact us at info@districtarmament.com if you believe there is an error so that we can help!
If your package goes 10 business days without any tracking updates, we will consider the package lost and send a new package with the items from your original order at no additional cost!
We will also include a return shipping label in case the original package eventually arrives. Simply place the return label on the original package and drop it off at you local UPS, FedEx, or USPS location. It's that simple!
If it has been 10 business since the last tracking updates, please email us info@districtarmament.com with your order number so we can get your new package prepped and mailed.
Due to laws enacted by elected representatives in the following states, we are unable to ship certain magazines, firearms, ammunition, or parts and accessory products to the states listed below. If you want to regain your constitutional rights as guaranteed in the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights, we recommend you get involved in the fight by joining one or all of the following organizations: Gun Owners or America, Firearms Policy Coalition, National Rifle Association, or a gun rights group in your sate, as well as contacting your local, state, and nationally elected representatives.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to research, understand, and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regard to the possession, use, and sale of any product purchased from District Armament Company. The following list is for referrence only it is not legal advise.
Orders placed for magazines, firearms, and ammunition that are not legal in your state will immediately be canceled, refunded, and restocked less a 10% restocking fee.
Military APO/FPO: Due to shipping restrictions, District Armament is unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Colorado: No magazines over 15 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CO.
